What is Snow Fish?
The Snow race NPC is in the lower area, before the path up to the yellow-house V2 quest. You need Snow unlocked, three legendary fish caught on Snow, and three books obtained on the starter island. Caption spellings were Oneeh Hood Supreme, Taj Hooking Art, and Chapter the Azil Heaven. Match the icons and the live names. The narration did not add a Coin fee or require the books to be unused. That unused-book rule belongs to the separate V2 quest.
